The site is situated along U.S. Highway 183A, which is a major toll road that begins at the U.S Highway 183/SH 45 intersection and runs north to U.S. Highway 183 at the San Gabriel River. Ultimately, U.S. Highway 183A will extend to State Highway 29. Crystal Falls Parkway is a major east-west roadway that carries traffic between Parmer Lane and US Highway 183 and points beyond. Currently, Crystal Falls Parkway is in the final design stage of being expanded to a four-lane roadway. The project will be bid in ’08 with an anticipated date of completion in November 2009.
General Comments: A high school was recently built just east of the site along Crystal Falls Parkway. The site is almost three miles north of the FM 1431 and U.S. Highway 183A intersection where Endeavor’s 800,000/SF 1890 Ranch retail project and the 151-bed Triad/Seton hospital are currently under construction.
